This page explains Picklz Pro billing and cancellation information.
Current policy informationBilling
Picklz Pro offers weekly access at 7.99 USD every 7 days, monthly access at 12.99 USD every 30 days, and yearly access at 129.99 USD every 365 days. Users in the supported eurozone countries are billed in EUR at 8.99 EUR weekly, 14.99 EUR monthly or 149.99 EUR yearly. Turkey-based users may choose TRY billing at ₺149.99 weekly, ₺399.99 monthly or ₺3,999.99 yearly, charged in Turkish lira rather than converted from USD. Other users default to USD. Users may select USD or EUR; TRY is available only to Turkey-based users. All three plans provide the same Pro access. Whop handles web subscription billing. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown with the final currency and total at checkout before payment.
Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. For Whop purchases, use Manage subscription in Picklz account settings or select the subscription under Orders in Whop to open the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current paid period ends. App Store purchases remain managed through Apple. Contact support@picklz.app if you need help.
Refunds
Refund terms and instructions, including the Whop refund-request process, are described in the Refund Policy. We review requests submitted within 14 days of purchase or renewal. This is a request window, not a guarantee of approval or a promised processing time. We honor any non-waivable statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.
