This Privacy Policy explains how Picklz handles personal data.

Current policy information

Data we process

We may process account identifiers, authentication and product-interaction events, language and odds-format preferences, saved analyses, collections, subscription or access-code status, support messages, device and app information, technical logs and security records. Product analytics uses a pseudonymous device identifier before login and the Picklz account identifier after login; we do not send passwords or email addresses to product analytics.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide account access, sync user features, display history, manage access, understand onboarding and feature usage, measure subscription conversion and retention, respond to support requests, protect the service, improve reliability and meet legal or operational obligations.

Service providers

Picklz may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, AI processing, payments, email, analytics and error monitoring, including Supabase, Railway, Vercel, OpenAI, PostHog EU Cloud and any payment provider shown at checkout. Payment providers may process payment, tax, fraud-prevention and buyer-support data under their own policies.

Optional iOS notifications

If you enable iOS notifications, we store an installation identifier, an Apple push token, your notification preferences, language and time zone. While signed in, the installation is linked to your account so notifications match your access level. Apple Push Notification service delivers new-analysis alerts and optional strong-day results summaries. You can disable either category in the app, or all alerts in iOS Settings. Delivery records are retained for up to 30 days and registrations inactive for 90 days are removed by the notification service. Account deletion removes registrations linked to that account.

Storage and retention

We keep account, support, access and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Hosting and processing may occur in the regions used by our infrastructure providers. Payment records are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Your rights
